1. Acceptance

By using KasiCode (kasicode.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. KasiCode is operated by Prestige Platform.

2. The Service

KasiCode is an AI-powered app builder that generates code from natural language descriptions. The service includes:

  • AI code generation (client-side and full-stack apps)
  • Live preview and code editing
  • Project saving, deployment, and sharing
  • Template gallery

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use KasiCode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

KasiCode offers the following plans (beta pricing, subject to change):

  • Free Trial: 10 builds, no payment required
  • BYOK: R299/year — bring your own Anthropic API key
  • Pro: R149/month or R999/year
  • Pro+: R299/month or R2,499/year — full-stack mode

Payments are processed by Yoco in South African Rands (ZAR). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months or years.

5. Your Content

You own the code you create. KasiCode does not claim ownership of any code, apps, or content you generate using the service.

You grant KasiCode a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., saving projects, deploying apps, improving AI quality).

When you deploy an app publicly, it is accessible to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for the content of your deployed apps.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use KasiCode to:

  • Generate malicious software, malware, or phishing pages
  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Overload the service with automated or excessive requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Code

Code generated by KasiCode is produced by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for quality and correctness:

  • AI-generated code may contain bugs or errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing code before production use
  • KasiCode is not liable for damages caused by AI-generated code
  • Generated code should not be used for safety-critical applications without expert review

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

KasiCode is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Prestige Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
